Where your order ships from

Every Lushyl is stocked and dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland. Your order travels entirely within Australia, it doesn't cross a border, and there are no customs delays.

Shipping is free on every order within Australia.

How your Lushyl reaches you

We deliver through Parcelpoint, which means your order goes to a secure local collection point rather than being left at your door.

That's a deliberate choice. Parcels left unattended can end up at the wrong address, sit out in the weather, or go missing altogether. Sending your Lushyl to a staffed collection point means it's held safely until you're ready to pick it up.

You'll receive a notification with your collection point and instructions as soon as your order is ready.

The box

Your Lushyl arrives compressed in a single box, roughly 62 × 27 × 27 cm and weighing about 5.8 kg. It fits easily in the boot of a standard car and one person can carry it comfortably.

How long it takes

Please allow up to 10 business days from ordering to your Lushyl being ready for collection. That covers packing and dispatch from Brisbane, plus transit to your local collection point.

Deliveries to regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

You'll get tracking details once your order has been dispatched, and you can check on it any time from our Track My Order page.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia only.

If something isn't right

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't turned up within the expected timeframe, get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out.
